Welcome to 3ifts Thrift India — a curated thrift clothing store based in India. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

This website is operated by 3ifts Thrift India.
By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Product Information

All items sold are pre-owned, thrifted, or second-hand.
We do not manufacture, design, or claim ownership of the logos, brand names, or trademarks on any branded items listed on our site.
All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands whose products appear on our site.

⚠️ If any brand owner believes a listing violates their intellectual property rights, please contact us at 3ifts.in@gmail.com and we’ll take appropriate action.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment at checkout.
We accept:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched the next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times:
- North India: 3–5 working days
- East & South India: 5–7 working days
- West India: 3–5 working days
Tracking info will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the second-hand nature of our products.
If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for resolution.

6. Condition & Authenticity

All products are thrifted and may show minor signs of previous use (e.g. fading, loose threads, or small marks).
We do not sell fake or replica items. Branded items are genuine, pre-owned products resold under the first-sale doctrine.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity
Violate any intellectual property rights
Attempt to disrupt or harm the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including original product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding — belongs to 3ifts Thrift India and may not be reused without permission.

Branded items featured on the website belong to their original trademark owners. We do not claim any rights over them.
